The permanent A++ list singer knows that her venues will not be full. She knows she needs to downsize to be sold out and that is the cause of the delay. She is not ready for half empty arenas.
Madonna is doing smaller venues,she is permanent A+,JLo in her mind. That's the best thing to do to create demand. Sold out shows at smaller locations is better than half empty stadiums.
I admire Madonna's staying power over the years, but she thinks she's still 25 years old. She does need to go out gracefully, or switch her emphasis to an older audience, which I don't see her doing.

I tried getting Madonna tickets for multiple shows at multiple venues, during both online sales - sold out She always sells out her venues, she's an incredible entertainer.
I don't think I've had any interest in Madonna since Ray of Light. That's what, '97, '98? It's honestly surprising to me that anyone does at this point, really.
If the process for getting tickets wasn't such a pretentious clustefuck and the prices were a little more user friendly, I'm sure she'd have no problem selling out the venues.

I am her age group, her mega stardom in the mid 80s was part of my young adulthood. It's hard to miss when someone is rolling around the Grammy stage in a wedding dress. But Madonna is far less interesting than she thinks she is.
