First it was coming out of the bathroom with what looked like coke all over his pants, and now he was asked to stop talking and yelling during a movie. It has been a busy week for the A- list actor who went from hit cable show to Oscar winner.
Rami Malek - He has seemed different the last week or two - older and more stern/unhappy. In Venice there were people saying the multitude of pap shots were set up, which doesn't sound like him or how he's presented himself in the past. Is it still seen as a fake PR relationship with him and Lucy? She was LOVING the attention in Venice!
Busy week also includes the dozen of staged pap pics he did with his D list fake girlfriend. Several fans who've met him said he makes them ask her for permission to take a picture, refuses pictures without her in them, and that she gets nasty if people don't know who she is. She sounds horrible from all her interviews and fan interactions. Sounds like her arrogance and entitlement rubbed off on him.
I was rooting for him, but looks like fame went to his head. This PR relationship was already making him look like an idiot, but if he's doing drugs and behaving poorly at movie screenings, he deserves to have his rep crash. I know she's in the PR relationship to get famous, don't know what he's in it for unless he wanted it to turn him into an asshole, narcissist, and sell out.
I'd still argue that more Americans are hooked on powdered donuts than coke. Not the cola of course, still looking for that original original formula, Mexican coke was such a letdown when I found out it only had sugar.
Malek was told to stop talking during the BFI Malcom X screening multiple times a few days ago & instead he stomped off to a pub, no apologies to the audience or the young black female film writer who told him to STFU. Ppl tweeted about it - and apparently he’s been saying No to fans who approach for a pic IF they don’t also recognize his contract gf Lucy Boynton, the blonde from The movie. what a swell guy. It’s almost like the earnest awkward persona Rami Malek has is an act - quelle surprise!
He probably thinks he's being a gentleman with insisting that Lucy be acknowledged. The rest, not so much. Id have guessed him for the type to tell others to be quiet, rather than being disruptive. Perhaps it is connected to the powdery pants.

Oh my. There's a BIG learning curve with cocaine use. It can get out of control pretty fast if he doesn't watch it. Fun times. And shameful.
