The lead singer of this former A+ list band which is permanently A list has had some issues with substance abuse. For his latest tour, he has someone with him 24/7 to keep him from using.

Green Day tour is far from starting. Billie Joe Armstrong has had issues with sobriety, but the word "has" implies that this is a tour that is currently underway.
Then again, Enty can't be bothered with verb tense and other grammar rules.
It could be anyone LOL Vince has been touring solo for a while, btw. I hope is not Joe Elliot, he's been touring non stop and just finished a Vegas residency.
Green Day are terrible. Hate their music, hate their message, hate that eyeliner wearing old fart. This might very well be them, though. Definitely not Guns N Roses. Axl became VERY anti-drugs. He's an a-hole but he isn't an addict. He hasn't used for decades.
