Nope it's not one of the twins it's actually Conner Brashier who is Shawn's boyfriend. They travel everywhere together and have been for some time. IF the gossip and entertainment media weren't so homophobic and hypocritical they would mention it. Technically Connor is called a photographer but you've never seen a photographer like this. He cuter and younger looking than Shawn actually. I think he's in Shawn's latest video also.
