  1. Yeah they might be able gloss over the casting couch, but ignoring the sexual assaults and rapes will be a hard sell.

    1. This is a gossip site, not a court of law. We can say and believe he's guilty (which he is IMO).

  2. Epstein died too soon to take the heat off of him. Maybe if Weinstein serves up enough pedos the public will be too distracted to pay attention to his case.

  3. A quick natural death? We should all be so lucky. No, dead men tell no tales and we want everything he knows.

  4. @Brayson- you don't necessarily die from a stroke. You could be effed up for the rest of your life. Cognizant, but unable to say anything.

  7. Oh come on Jess, if you're not a shill then you're at least disturbed.

  8. @Zebra, Him not being able to talk is as useless as him being dead. He'll probably never talk anyway, but you never know.

But yeah thanks for reminding me of all the people I've known that have either died or had their quality of life diminished by strokes. Did they deserve that too?

  9. Will be amazing when he is exonerated in court.

  10. Damn it didn't take long for the Harvey bot to show up.

    ReplyDelete
  11. @Count, It won't be amazing, it'll be expected. He'd have already paid to make the charges disappear like last time if it wasn't for all the media attention. The DA's office can only help him so much with #MeToo breathing down their necks, but they'll do what they can. There's no way he'll see any serious consequences, at least not in NYC.

    2. Harvey is ugly. If you wanna argue how many branches of the ugly tree he hit, do that w/ someone else. You lose any credibility arguing he isnt ugly.

      Delete
    3. OK, in the 2nd reply you admit he doesnt have looks, so he is in fact Ugly.

U G L Y he aint got no alibi, he UGLY. What? what? He UGLY!

    4. P.S. Jessica wishes she were Harvey's wife. She must fantasize about her run of the mill designs being forced upon actresses.

      I think intelligence does fade
Especially when Harvey's cellmate fucks his brains out through his ear.

  14. Perv Weinstein and Perv Woody don't "think" with that thing attached to their neck, housing a brain. They "reason" somewhere else, that is not tethered to any reality.

Yes Harv, DO make a "comeback" like your friend perv Woody. I'm sure all the banks would love to give you money for films that are sure to be boycotted, like R. Kelly's concerts were...

  16. @Count, Right, move along, nothing to see here.

Why did Cy Vance give Weinstein special treatment?
Pre-negotiating your bail and arrest and getting out in three hours is not normal, say experts.

NYPD, prosecutors point fingers over Harvey Weinstein investigation
    https://www.cnn.com/2017/10/11/us/harvey-weinstein-nypd-sting/index.html
"The New York Police Department and the Manhattan District Attorney's office traded public finger-pointing on Tuesday in response to questions about why Weinstein was not charged with a crime after a 2015 sting operation recorded him making potentially incriminating comments to a young woman.
The office of Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. accused the NYPD of providing "insufficient" evidence to prove a crime, while the police department defended its techniques and investigation."

    1. Pre negotiate bail, surrender, etc was to avoid media circus. Same happens w/ many high profile suspects.

Finger pointing, because he said/she said cases are difficult to prosecute, and no upwardly mobile DA wants a high profile loss hung on them. When it comes out later it allegedly isnt an isolated incident, they all try to shirk blame for not catching it early.

  17. O/T, speaking of pervs, check out the Z list "guards" who were supposed to be guarding Jeffrey Epstein, who were either sleeping or online when they were supposed to be doing rounds, complaining they are just "scapegoats" for the whole prison system: https://www.yahoo.com/news/epstein-suicide-guards-theyre-scapegoats-132249169.html

  18. Harvey has a lot to worry about now that his buddy, David Pecker, is singing to the feds. He had his former rag, The National Enquirer, go after Rose..

Unpopular opinion but there's like one "rape" and a few more "assault" allegations. For the most part, and the vast majority of encounters Harvey tried, the woman said no, Harvey persisted, the woman said NO firmly and Harvey said OK. Many of the women who said YES were very generously rewarded, provided they had something to offer. Even back in the old days all a producer, director, actor etc. could do was get a starlet a screen test. It was still up to her to do a good job and up to the Gods as to whether she looked good or not on film. In some rare cases a big wig became obsessed with an actress and tried to make her a star (Vera Ralston comes to mind) but in most of those cases the public rejected the woman, knowing her origination story.
A lot of Weinstein's accusers are women who just did not meet the criteria to be actresses for one reason or another.
Harvey's accusers are embarrassed and I don't blame them. He's been rather gracious when you think about it allowing Paltrow and a few others who have most certainly sucked his dick to make up stories about how they dodged his advances. There will be leniency for that, so far Harvey Weinstein has not done a micron of the damage he could do, if he wanted to name names.

  22. I think "Jessica" is Roger Friedman, defender of both Weinstein and Woody.

  23. Weinstein may be slimey and gross but Theres really not a whole lot here to prosecute. It’s alot of he said she said and chances are the statute of limitations is up.
I have little sympathy for accusations years after the alleged occurrance. It’s alot of it is buyers remorse, the girls put out in hopes of a very big payday and there were a limited number of oscar winning caliber parts to dole out.

    ReplyDelete
  24. HOW can he be rehabbed? There are so many stories about his ego and assholery even BEYOND the assaults. He is a fat sweaty pig alpha male who treats people like crap. I don't know what Jess knows but I live here in LA and am a writer in the biz and I haven't heard positive things. Ambition, drive, yes, but also just general entitlement. Just because you are a bigwig doesn't mean you act like a King. You can be magnanimous. The guy has an ego his size because he knows he is a monster. He misbehaves and demands because he feels inadequate in spite of his fame. Not the marker of the truly confident. I think the only lies are how many actresses DID give in vs his straight up assaulting them in the most classic physical sense. I think they caved to the money making machine and casting couch. makes him SLIGHTLY less despicable but anyone who abuses his power is a jerk.

  26. LOL! Mick Jagger is sexy and gorgeous, unlike fug Harvey.
Mick has women throwing themselves at him in his 70's. He doesn't have to resort to Harvey measures of sexual harassment and punishing those who don't relent by blacklisting them and ruining their careers.

  28. If Harvey beats the rap, it means nothing about whether he is actually guilty or not to me. It's just more rich people's JUST US.

OJ Simpson, Casey Anthony, Robert Blake are just a few of the people who beat the rap who are 100 percent guilty. We all know from the OJ trial what happens when you put a mountain of evidence on one side, and a scheme team of $$$$ lawyers on the other. Plus dumber than dirt jurors.

  37. Working for perv Harvey:

Quote: "Before my second interview with him, which was at a hotel, I did get warned about him going in to the bathroom and masturbating. But that person was very gossipy and I didn’t think it was realistic – it sounded so out there. I just didn’t believe it, which feels a bit ridiculous now. They made a bit of a joke about him being a perv: “Keep your coat on.”

Quote: "He was a horrible, manipulative bully; he would mimic people when he was shouting at them. We were all adults, but you were made to feel 17. You had to think about it really carefully: how much is this job worth?"
