LoolooEasy Yes Andrew’s Ex Fergie sure lives with him in Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park. . It’s a huge grace and favour home which was gifted to him by the Queen in 2003. Fergie moved in a few years l after. When they married the Queen gave them a modern home on the Wentworth Estate. He sold it in a dodgy property deal for £3m over the valuation. They also jointly own a big ski chalet in Verbier paid for with more of his dodgy money. He has an apartment in Buckingham Palace and his daughters have apartments in Kensington Palace. They are just leeches off the British taxpayer and the Queen has been too lenient with him.
Fergie has always tried to sell stories and introductions to members if the BRF. She loves money and has had to be bailed out from overspending many times. Bother and Andrew are seriously flawed individuals but even worse as a couple. The daughters are entitled and work shy.
The monarchy cannot sell anything but Sandringham and Balmoral. All the palaces, art, crown jewels, paintings, furniture, everything else belongs to the state and is held in trust for the next generation. The Queen is very, very wealthy but that wealth is not vested in what you and I recognize as royal stuff. The fact that the wealth was not obtained by legitimate means is precisely why the monarchy cannot go around grabbing paintings from the walls to sell at Sotheby. They are not hers to sell and no monarch would even think of selling the national patrimony.
Part of the frustration with the abdication of Edwards is that he gave jewelry that legally belonged to the crown and gifted it to Wallis. The Queen loans tiaras and jewelry to the royal women. She does not give or gift it away.
I really feel for poor Princess Beatrice. She needs professional coaching in how to keep her chin up, and straighten her shoulders when in public. Eugenie comes off better in photos, but Beatrice needs help. Too often she has the unfortunate look of a, of a, sorry to say so, but a dork. She should never ever wear one of those ugly English hats, otherwise known as fascinators, or man-aways. She's got such a handsome Italian beau. I hope he doesn't run away because of the Andrew fiasco.
