Blind Item #3

There were problems with the property. It began being offered at one price but had to be repeatedly lowered when buyers discovered the issues. The next thing you know, you tell some guys your situation and they discover how much it is insured for and offer to take care of the problem for a little cut of the insurance money. Done.

No shit! All I ever had was a top of the line wave runner. The big one, the Yamaha FX series. And it still cost me thousands in fuel, repairs, other shit.

  13. When everything is going well a boat still costs 10% of the purchase price per year just to operate. You'd think nsurance companies cannot be this dumb but some years ago a guy near me did it to his house and everyone knew what he did yet the insurance was paid out.

  16. The fire was huge!! It looked like Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid when they blew up the mail car to steal the money box and used a bit too much dynamite. Money went EVERYWHERE..

    Dear Marc Antony..

Next time, pay for a professional torchman and not a high- schooler with an arson habit and a need for $500!
