The two biggest stars of this long long running network comedy took a pass on promoting the show for critics in the past couple of weeks.

  7. @MyDog, I stopped watching even before that 😅

Ed O'Neil already had his best show, Modern Family was just to top off his bank account.

  9. @Brayson I totally agree. I watch Married With Children reruns all the time. One of the best shows ever!

  10. What's the point of plugging the show at this point anyway? It's not like there are a lot of viewers out there that your little PR appearance is going to convince them to watch the last few episodes of a show they don't already watch.

  11. MF def jumped the shark this year. When it's time, it's time. ED bought his Hawaii vacay house, so he's set.

I never got the hype of Modern Family. I understand the initial novelty and it was great to see Ed O'Neill but the show is just not that great. It's mildly amusing at best. It's uncomfortable to watch.

  16. Eric Stonestreet is a football fan, maybe he's decided to watch the games instead

  17. The best season of the show was the 1st season it wasn't the same after that. That being said the chemistry between the cast is so good that it makes the show a lot better than it is to me at least.

  18. Married with children was a terrible show. Modern family is a classic. The whole gang is hilarious especially Stonestreet.

  19. I love Modern Family! The writing is excellent. The cast’s timing with each other has been gold from the beginning.

  20. The first few seasons of Modern Family were the best, although I’ve hated whiny Manny in each season. Pass on Married with Children - it’s too shrill and coarse.

  24. I think many of the broads on this site are members of F.A.N.G, the Legion Of Doom to N.O. M.A.'M.S' Justice League.

  25. Married with Children is still hilarious, it comes on GetTV and we still laugh at it. Never saw Modern Family, it looks dumb and while I like Ed O’Neill, I can’t stand the rest of them. Very off putting.

  26. Lol Count!!! And the fat women on there were soooo fat for the time but now they’d only be considered small or medium fats, according to the “Fat Acceptance/HAES/body positivity” heifers. What a time to be alive.
