Well, if you're going to give them the opportunity, might as well give them a great teacher/assistant and a generous budget to fix mistakes. I just consider that training wheels for a first project.This person still has to be grateful and bright enough to make the most of it.
I can't believe it's 2020 and they're still making music videos. We were one of the first families to get cable when it came to Jersey around 1979-I still remember the first days of MTV. We used to sit and watch videos for an hour. The videos from the 80's were insanely bad but they're kinda entertaining now.
