There are going to be some issues in promoting the huge sequel to the hit movie from decades ago. Apparently the star of the first one who is a permanent A list mostly movie actor does not get along at all with his A- list actor co-star. Some things were said about the cult, and this has caused friction.

This IS Super Bowl Sunday, so we're not gonna get a lot of big hittin' blinds today. People are too busy to read them. Sloppy Seconds all day. Just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteTeller is playing Goose's son and Maverick's protege, so he would be working closely with Cruise. At this point, it's likely in postproduction so the castmembers involved don't have to watch their mouths as much.

Cruise is a Scientologist and Kilmer a Christian Scientist - so as far as cults go, those two could have some interesting conversations.
