Even though there will be an Appeal, no judge in his or her right mind would overturn the verdict. I cannot imagine what is going on in his mind right now. His lawyers convinced him he was going to get a slap on the wrist. Instead, the judge grabbed his junk and twisted it!!!

I would be willing to bet that the conviction will be overturned. they allowed testimony from victims for whom statutes had run out. that's just one avenue for appeal. they produced zero corroboration, just their versions. but weinstein produced a crapload of exculpatory emails sent by these victims. you wait.
