This late night talk show host is using this opportunity to try and get new blood on his writing staff. He says for fresh ideas. Really, it is so he can pay them less and keep more for himself.
All the late night hosts are ugly slimeballs. Every single one of them. They should be cancelled. The networks should run soaps or made for tv movies in those time slots.
