You would think with being a billionaire and all that this A- list reality star with the side gig wouldn't "buy" a house for $36M and then "sell" it 13 months later for $10M. That doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. Oh wait, maybe she didn't buy it after all, despite what the tabloids reported. My guess is the developer is selling for $10M. Apparently the reality star didn't generate the buzz the developer was looking for.
