Blind Item #8

Back on Halloween, this actress, who is an Oscar winner/nominee was passing out wine to parents who were trick or treating with their kids. The thing is, as the night wore on our actress started to give it to anyone who looked remotely old enough to drink and several underage kids got hammered drunk.
