I only mention this one because it's kind of funny. One of my cousins, you see, is a cannibal - albeit an accidental one. Did you happen to see the one 2023 episode of the longstanding network true crime series - the one in a certain far north Midwest town, where the perps (who even by tv true crime standards were at their own special level of evil-crazy) were alleged to have fed their unsuspecting neighbors a certain mystery meat? One of them, interviewed for the episode, is my cousin G. Also: the producers wouldn't let him wear his shirt supporting the current president.
PS If you're wondering what it tasted like, I called to ask, and G said: pork. I guess the neighbors claimed to own a partial stake in a pig farm, and had slaughtered the hog themselves.
PPS Who suggested G wear the one shirt on camera? This other cousin from the lower part of the same state - someone you'll all know. (He sometimes goes up there for hunting parties with his kin.) Growing up, my mother used to say: the R******* are trouble. Who exactly is "trouble?" Think of the famed child actor turned director, and the character he played on the one sit com. Obviously, the performer in question goes by a different name. What didn't come from him was how G reacted to being told he couldn't wear the one shirt. He took it off, and asked if they wanted him to take his pants off too. (Um, please go home and on a logo free, slogan free shirt. Also: please keep your pants on.)
