The football actor's "wife" is a criminal stalker and has pretended to care about the actor so she can scam him. She threw herself on the floor when the actor coded(he stabilized). She even was making regretful comments alluding to the fact that she may have been the one to potentially harm him. She is freaked out and is scared the world may realize the truth. She may have poisoned him the same way she poisoned her real husband that she suddenly left for the actor.
