Word on the street is that the prestige francophone and the hockey heartthrob are way more than just “industry friends.” Allegedly this has been going on since before that very popular enemies-to-lovers adaptation even premiered.

Sources say the prestige francophone brought the hockey heartthrob as his plus-one to a very invite-only Christmas party (the kind you don’t bring just anyone to). Fast forward to last night and a fan supposedly clocked them leaving the same nyc hotel together. Not separately. Together.

They were also seen dipping out of the golden globes afterparty at the same time, same car, very “we’re not hiding but we’re also not explaining” energy. Cherry on top? The prestige francophone later posted an ig story outside the hockey heartthrob’s hotel, wearing the exact same outfit from the night before. People noticed immediately, obviously.

Now here’s where it gets messy: timelines don’t fully add up. Whispers say this might’ve started back in September–October, which would overlap with the prestige francophone’s previous situation. Coincidence? Scheduling error? Emotional crossover? You decide.
