The neck bone streamer claimed he had a nose job, but his appearance raised red flags since there was no bruising or swelling around his nose or eyes, which always happens after getting a real rhinoplasty. Even stranger, he arrived in a wheelchair....a completely unnecessary prop for a facial procedure. To make matters worse, he even "livestreamed" the surgery, but the entire thing was a fake, the doctors didn't actually perform any procedure, and the charade was just a desperate grab for views. It is clear this was a calculated stunt to promote a surgeon and trick his followers into believing that you must get surgery to be "perfect," setting an unrealistic beauty standard that isn't true at all.
