Apparently the host acts as a ringleader for an offshore recruitment ring. Throughout the night, he allegedly hand-picks young men and women, dangling high-paying "yacht work" as a way to lure them into a cycle of exploitation. It’s an open secret that the party is just a recruitment hub, where the host trades access to these individuals for favors from his high-net-worth inner circle.
