While the cast of this hit reality tv show is presented as "normal" everyday people, almost every contestant is secretly industry-connected, from the girl whose father's ties to the NBA make it obvious this isn't a random group, to several working models who built portfolios for major brands long before their "discovery", revealing a small circle where even some contestants already knew each other, including one guy who admitted to modeling with a female co-star and a featured couple who were long-time Instagram mutuals, with the girl even confessing she had been sliding into his DMs way before the cameras started rolling. Even the outcome of the show appears to be a calculated production, as the winning couple seems to be a deliberate attempt to replicate the massive viral popularity of the non-winning couple from last season, proving that this "love" competition is all staged to some extent to manufacture exactly what the audience wants to see.
