Hey CDAN! Long, long, LONG-time lurker here. My guess? Jim Nelson at GQ. Male editor, only 44 (young by mag editor standards, right? Compared to the 120-year-old dragon lady at Vogue.) and always features young female actresses/models in the pages. Lindsay Lohan has been on the cover twice in recent years, as well as Rachel Bilson, Adriana Lima, Gisele Bundchen, etc., etc., etc.
Not any Vogues - the only one that uses celebs a lot is the US edition, and Wintor is a hag. Not Vanity Fair either because Graydon Carter is even older.

Even younger still is Christopher Bollen from V and Interview magazines - the latter being the one i'd pick due to having Lohan on the current magazine's cover. I'm not going to guess the editor, but the magazine. Either Vogue or Cosmo, their cover models look cracked out to me.
