Gonna guess Taylor Swift as she's the youngest singer I know who's not currently in a relationship, so is most likely to date frequently. Also I don't think I've ever seen a pic of her with her tummy out.
There's an R&B singer called Tweet that immediately came to mind with the "songbird" reference. Taylor Swift is a blondie, I don't think she'd have an overly hairy tummy...
P.S. Juicy - my sister is a life long, real blond and she has always had very dark hair on her legs, arms and such. And yes, she always has had to deal with the line of hair from her nether regions up to her navel.
