Lindsay Lohan Hits Kid In Stroller - Drives Away

Now tell me again who decided it was ok for Lindsay Lohan to start driving again. Also, why is she driving a Maserati? I know it is just a rental, but perhaps she should not be blowing through whatever income she has made from her incarceration and should be saving it for well, the rest of her life. I am thinking maybe she should be driving something in the Nissan Sentra range.

Anyway, late Wednesday afternoon Lindsay was driving through her neighborhood came to a red light and without looking both ways, took a right turn. Boom. Lindsay hit the stroller. Not hard, but enough to freak out the woman pushing the stroller and to start the baby crying. Lindsay pulled over for two seconds and then drove off. She probably thought she had left her Red Bull on the roof of the car.

And because this is Hollywood, there is of course, video of the scene moments after the incident occurred.

  3. She is unreal. Of course nothing will happen to her or her license and she will be free to run someone else over. She could have at least offered to buy the woman a new stroller. She is such an entitled bitch.

  4. I'm not on Lindsay's side or anything. BUT I find it odd that RadarOnline was called instead of the POLICE!!!!! WTF?

  5. the guy who shot this said he "didn't want to get involved" except to you know...sell the tape.

  6. Obviously, it was the baby's fault. What was she/he doing in th stroller being pushed by his/her mother crossing the street in a crosswalk????? How dare they inconvenience her by crossing the street legally and interferring with Lindsey's right to disregard the law and be a stupid, wash-up, has-been jackass.

  7. Icecat, totally agree. Seriously, people need to get their priorities straight. And no, she won't even get a slap on the wrist for this.

  10. What do you have against Nissan Sentra's?

  11. Perhaps if the police were called instead of Radar she would be in legal trouble this morning.

^^^some perv more than likely rented the car for her. i guess ent is saying that if she rented the car, she should have went for the usually cheaper compact car.

hell, she may have enough money to buy a sentra outright.

    altima driver here!

  13. Maybe the person pushing the stroller didn't want the police called. Maybe the person pushing the stroller wasn't the mother. Ya think?!?!?!?!

  15. Please tell me that just because she drove off and the police weren't called doesn't mean she can't still get into trouble for this?? License removal FOR LIFE.

  16. If she'd killed the child, I wonder how all the judges and lawyers that arranged for her jail sentence and rehab (which should have totaled 180 days) to be turned into a two-week joke would have felt? I also wonder why the police weren't called. I wonder if the lady pushing the stroller was an illegal and was scared to call the police?

  18. This hit & run (which for all intents & purposes it was), coupled with her rolling through the stop sign last week, which she was stopped for but not ticketed, just goes to show how entitled she feels she is.

The judge should have added driving lessons to all the mandated therapy, seeing as she hadn't driven in so long.

  19. I agree Surfer. This is hit and run. Doesn't anyone out there care?

  20. There's probably more to this story, so I'm going to keep all the nasty comments that came to my lips until I'm certain my suspicions are wrong.

As much as I'm beginning to loathe Lohan (before she was just annoying and I sort of felt sorry for her), I am willing to bet she was being chased by paparazzo and was concentrating on getting away from them, instead of on any innocent bystanders. If that is the case, that is criminal on the paps part, and I hope they do pass ball breaking laws against this behavior.

If it isn't the case, she should have her license confiscated indefinitely and her @ss thrown in jail for hit and run. I don't doubt she'll likely kill someone with her car, but whether that is because of the ridiculous mass of paps who follow her, or because she is whacked up on some drug, I can't say.

Unfortunately, as much as I want an excuse to rag on Lohan, I suspect the paparazzi have a huge role in this, and were likely the ones who called radar and sold the film. F*ckers. Their ilk already killed Princess Di, and their body count is going to rise unless they are stopped.

  21. I am now officialy done with her for life. Can you imagine hitting a stroller as you are driving and not pulling over immediately, jumping out of the car and running over to the child to make sure she/he is ok?? And apologizing profusely?
How scary for that child and whomever was pushing her.
And I was just starting to have a little hope for the girl.

  22. I don't understand whay the police are so loathe to put her in jail. She's a NOBODY. Hasn't acted in anything in a while - hasn't been GOOD in anything in a while. Once the media dumps her she'll be a nobody. The police need to arrest her and throw her in jail immediately. I guarantee youone of two things will happen: she's going to kill herself in a crash or kill one of her passengers in a crash. She needs to be OJ'd. And by that I mean finally put away for good.

  23. I don't understand how she wouldn't be responsible for engaging in a chase of any kind of with photographers. Bullshit.

She should have her license permanently taken away, for life. If she's alive at 40, too bad. Makes it to 64? Enjoy your birthday cake and take a cab.

I agree with the blacklist suggestion upthread. I hope she's never hired for an acting job ever again.

  24. now, why is she not still in jail?

    geez.

  25. It's been fun laughing at what a steamy hot mess she made of her life, but she hit a baby. And didn't stop?? I want to knock this B**** out.

How will Dina spin this one?

"The baby Shouldn't have been there. My son was Summa cum Laude."

  26. MadLyb, I'd agree with your argument if it were someone else, but she calls the paps whenever she leaves the house, and if she were running, it was all for show, so this one is entirely her fault.

  27. She is going to kill someone -- likely several someones -- totally plowed out of her mind.

    ReplyDelete
  28. She has no soul. How can it not occur to someone to do the right thing there? HOW?

    ReplyDelete
  29. I'll tell you why Lana. Because she has no one (has never had, it seems) to teach her right from wrong. That's what parents are supposed to do. Both her parents have ridden her coattails, to her detriment.

  30. You're right surfer. It's just hard to believe people actually do that to their kids. I can't sleep at night wondering if I'm doing all the right things as a parent.

I'm still not going to give her a total pass though, lots of people that had crummy childhoods would know better than THAT.

I clipped that back leg of a dog that ran in front of me on the way to work once, and I stopped (duh), found out he was ok, and still cried the whole hour drive to work.

  31. Aw Lana, you're such a sweetie!!!!
