Charlie Sheen Sues A Hooker

Charlie Sheen is kind of like the guy who goes to the police and says that a hooker took his money but did not give him the sex she promised. Yesterday, Charlie Sheen sued Capri Anderson claiming that she was trying to extort him for $1M. Even in the world of Charlie Sheen that is a lot of money to pay for sex, or at least keeping quiet about sex.

Oh, and get this. Charlie alleges in the suit that Capri is a hooker. No!! Shocker!! Also according to the suit, Charlie is an internationally known actor and celebrity. They left out the part about wife beater and cokehead, but perhaps his lawyer forgot about those things when describing what a wonderful person Charlie is and how he is perfectly innocent in all of this.

The suit says Capri wanted $1M or she would talk to the Aspen District Attorney, who at this point doesn't care because Charlie's probation is over. It is also alleged that Capri wanted $500K or she would go on Good Morning America. Well, since she went on the show I guess Charlie did not pay.

TMZ does have some texts that Charlie sent Capri where he was offering her $20K. Capri apparently does not have a bank account so Charlie was going to wire the money to a friend, and then have the friend deliver the money to Capri who wanted it delivered to a secure area because she was scared. Well, dealing with Charlie, that is probably a good idea.

  1. This is like breaking into someone's house and then suing them when they break your nose.

This won't make it to court.

  2. Charlie Sheen is just trying to muddy the water so Capri can't sue him. He has more money so he can hire more lawyers to sue her than she can hire to sue him. He wins. He's a sleazebag and nobody cares. he wins again.

  3. "he was offering her $20K"

isn't that what she was charging him for the night in the first place?

  4. She doesn't have a bank account? Paging the IRS...
Sorry Charlie. You better look elsewhere for sympathy.

  5. He's looking more and more like a sociopath all the time. It's never his fault. Someone else is always to blame for his self-destructive behaviors. I'm frightened for his family.

  11. Leaving out all of his other flaws, Sheen is an idiot for not just giving her the million. Shit, CBS would have probably reimbursed him just to have kept all this out of the press. (CBS cares.) What's a million dollars to Sheen? He goes through money likes there's no tomorrow anyway. He will end up spending about that much on his lawyers before this suit is settled or thrown out of court anyway. All the coke is eating away his brain. Syphilis can also attack the brain, cant it?

  12. She doesn't have a bank account because it's a red flag when all your deposits are CASH. Paging the IRS indeed.

  13. I hate to say this, but I have to wonder how long it will be before we hear a story about how this woman "accidentally" fell off a balcony.

As for not having a bank account, despite it being a ridiculous law, prostitution is illegal in the US (though doing porn isn't. Go figure) so what the heck is she supposed to do?

The real thing that is a shame though is that Charlie Sheen seems to think that by branding her a hooker it will somehow discredit her. He has had no problem with sex workers before, but now they are all grasping greedy fiends. I think he will have a hard time hiring someone now, or will probably have to pay more than he did before this incident.
