I have no interest in HP, but I love Ralph Feinnes' acting. So I ask those of you who care---How is RF in this part? Is he as envisioned? Just curious, since I'll probably never see any of these.
@libby RF is incredible. He's way better than the Voldermort I imagined as I was reading the books. He made what I thought was a bit of a stock evil character really.... someone to fear.
I suffer through Twilight movies for the sake of my 13 y/o niece. She loves it, and I enjoy that it aggravates her dad because he *really* wishes she would lose interest in Edward/Bella/Jacob, aka the Holy Trinity of TeenAngst Lurrrrve...
Harry Potter is just good story-telling--it's no Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit, but it's the kind of thing that filled my daydreams when I was younger (I can fly! I can do magic! I am special!) Like the books better, but that's usually the case.
