This singer is probably A list. He has had number one albums including one album that holds lots of records for sales. Anyway, he is always trying to be Mr. Straight and recently he even has been pretending to date this B- list actress. Oh, she has done some television but even her biggest series no one apparently watched because it was over in the blink of an eye. OK, well our singer goes through this charade despite the fact that everyone in town knows he just ended an affair with a male publicist.
As you know, I do not out people. However, I will say the actress he dated was Selma Blair.

ReplyDeleteWow the only shocking part of this is the commenters gasping at the thought of this being Groban. Seriously? The funny part is, I know very little about him, but for some reason, I've assumed he was gay. I think it's because he comes across as kinda feminine, and because I never followed him close enough to even hear he had dated females.

I didn't see Enty say he was uncomfortable with this reveal. He just said he doesn't out people, and he did not name the actual person.

There is more than one way to give the answer. Just because he didn't come out and say Josh Groban doesn't mean he didn't give enough info for the majority of people to easily know the answer.

Do you have any idea how much this double standard contributes to anti-gay discrimination? What you're saying is that, out of all the horrible things you reveal about celebrities here, being gay is worse. You probably think you're a super liberal person, or whatever, but in this instance, you really should know that you're part of the problem.
ReplyDeleteDitto Party Ben and Bitter Queen. Being gay isn't the worst thing in the world, or even a bad thing at all. Why contribute to the stigma by acting as if it is? Especially if someone is known to be gay in Hollywood, why is it so terrible that the rest of the country know too? These "open secrets" shouldn't be protected information, especially here of all places.
ReplyDeleteDitto again. Being gay is not this terrible thing but I suspect Josh's career would suffer at this point if it were known he was gay. Shame because that doesn't make him any less talanted. Some of his fans suspect he is gay anyway so maybe it wouldn't? Groban did date January Jones but most of their pictures together look staged. Bearding is common in gollywood. Just sayin'.
