Ice Angel...I completely agree with you 100% and know that for a fact. I worked with a 15 yr old. He asked me if I wanted to see a pic of his girlfriend....OMG...I was shocked. His girlfriend was 14 yrs old and sexting. She was wearing a thong...that's it.

ReplyDeleteI have a feeling those girls probably don't mind if their naked pics end up all over the place. Things seemed to have changed from when I was younger. I mean, they see people like Kim K. and Paris Hilton and many, many other celebrities who have become really famous because of explicit photos or video. Also, Brigitte Neilsen landed Sly Stallone by sending him pics - though I think she had a bikini on.

For #1, if any of the girls are underage (not that he would necessarily know), would he be guilty of distributing child pornography?
ReplyDelete@Paisley, as part of my job I attended a presentation by an Assistant US Attorney. The underage girl is technically guilty of creating and distributing, and the recipient is guilty of possession, and distribution if he shares it, from what I understood. Very sad. And these would be federal crimes. Our laws have not caught up to technology.
