Why would you send a naked picture to a star you like? Those girls need to be taught self esteem and shame.I'm not even to touch the star, whoever does that is beyond repair, For number 2 don't know since I don't really pay attention to athletes.
So sad, so many young women really think they are going to land a rich actor/athlete/singer this way and become wifey/baby mother in order to get paid. These are the times we live in.

Girls listen!!! When you send a naked pic of yourself to your boyfriend or any other guy for that matter, the very second thing he will do (after enjoying it himself, of course) will be to share it with all of his buddies. Guaranteed.
I have no sympathy for those girls. If you deliberately send your naked pic to one total stranger, you might as well be sending it out to any and all. Have some self respect for heavens sake.

Ice Angel...I completely agree with you 100% and know that for a fact. I worked with a 15 yr old. He asked me if I wanted to see a pic of his girlfriend....OMG...I was shocked. His girlfriend was 14 yrs old and sexting. She was wearing a thong...that's it.

I have a feeling those girls probably don't mind if their naked pics end up all over the place. Things seemed to have changed from when I was younger. I mean, they see people like Kim K. and Paris Hilton and many, many other celebrities who have become really famous because of explicit photos or video. Also, Brigitte Neilsen landed Sly Stallone by sending him pics - though I think she had a bikini on.
Really, which one wouldn't apply for #1, all including the gay ones. They have straight friends.

For #1, if any of the girls are underage (not that he would necessarily know), would he be guilty of distributing child pornography?
@Paisley, as part of my job I attended a presentation by an Assistant US Attorney. The underage girl is technically guilty of creating and distributing, and the recipient is guilty of possession, and distribution if he shares it, from what I understood. Very sad. And these would be federal crimes. Our laws have not caught up to technology.
