#3 - Everyone at a show over the weekend was a little creeped out about how close this C+ actor was with his sister. The actor has had two big hits in his career. The latest one is going to shoot him from the C range to an upper B. It is a very very good show.
#4 & #5 - How awkward is this one. You have a former B+ television actress from a very long running show who is really all about the movies now but struggles to stay relevant enough to be a B. In the seat next to her is someone who is really a celebrity although she has flitted between movies and television and other things. A very nice person too who does not stay in touch like she used to. Anyway, our actress had no idea about who the celebrity is dating and somehow the name of the guy comes up and our actress blurts out she used to sleep with him way back in the day. Then, the celebrity finishes her sentence and says she is engaged to him. Although the sleeping with happened well before he started dating the celebrity, it definitely wins the awkward award of the day.

ReplyDelete3. How about Terry O'Quinn? LOST was ginormous (and his character was the best! The best! The best! The best!), and he's an acclaimed actor. He's starring in a show with Michael Emerson this fall, which I know has made tons of Bad Robot fans squeal with glee.
Regardless, he's got eleven siblings. If he's getting frisky with a sister, it sounds as if he can take his pick.
Or what about Damon Wayans, Jr? One of many siblings, and The New Girl is going to be a hit, I'll bet -- the timeslot is ideal, and I watched the pilot episode for free on iTunes and it IS pretty charming.
I like jbdean's guess the best for 4 and 5. Enty has talked about his love for Amber before, but he hasn't posted anything about her in forever.

#4: My thought was Amber Tamblyn, who is recently engaged to David Cross, and a friend of Enty's. I'd almost say Heigl for the actress but she's not overtly struggling to stay relevant at the moment...
Just for someone completely different for #4, how about Gillian Anderson? The X-Files was on for nine seasons. I don't even know if she was at fashion week. She just popped into my head, don't know why.
ReplyDeleteThis is sort of off-topic, but I know a brother and sister who are extremely close, to the point of creepiness, but I think it has more to do with how close they are in age and how growing up they really had to rely on each other as their parents marriage was extremely tumultuous to say the least. I really think the fact that I view their relationship says more about me than them and the fact that I wish my brother and I were closer.

it sounds like he's trying to say she's a celebrity in general first, eventhough she's done some tv & film work as well. otherwise wouldn't he just call them both actresses?
@Bnl - I took that to mean that #5 is a celebrity compared to #4, who is desperately trying to stay relevant.

rose would deffo sleep with producers and its not that well of a publicized engagement that people would know if they don't pay enough attention.
