Chris Brown Sells Out Of Pitbull Puppies

No matter how many groups protested against Chris Brown's sale of dogs and how he is going to keep selling them, there will always be plenty of people who are willing to pay $1000 a dog. Apparently Chris sold out of the puppies within a few minutes of the public finding out about them and he now has plans to sell more dogs but at an even higher price of $2500 a dog. I am against the sale of all animals simply because there are way too many that need to be adopted in shelters. I think about Miley Cyrus' dog which I have said before is my favorite celebrity dog and that dog was abandoned. There are lots of beautiful, amazing animals killed everyday because people would rather spend thousands of dollars on an animal because it was owned by a guy who beats up women.

  1. And now "I", "Enty", am supposedly blogging about Chris Brown being cruel to animals.

What a coincidence that most of the readers of this blog hate Chris Brown (for good reason, don't get me wrong) and hate animal cruelty.

    Pander much, you lame ghoster?

  2. Won't be surprised at all when he's busted for being involved in a dog-fighting ring.

Who would trust this asshole with a dog let alone a dog breeding business? It's bad enough not to support adoption shelters and organizations, it's even worse to support a man who beats on women and who clearly still has anger and (lack of) maturity issues.

  5. I'm going to take this motherfucker out one day...and I don't mean for lunch.

  6. 1,000 for a pit is ridiculous. 2,500? As said before, I have a purebreed myself so I'm not rabid about shelters like others are, but pits? Anyone who wants a pit can go to a shelter which are full of them.

  9. There are so many pit bulls and pit bull mixes in shelters, I can't believe people would pay that much for one.

  10. Amen. Anyone who spends five minutes at an animal shelter would never buy a dog from a back-yard breeder like Chris Brown.

  12. As if I needed another reason to hate this douchebag woman beater as*. There is so much wrong here - first of all - fix your f*cking animals; to breed and sell animals is taking away from the homeless rescue amazing pets who are living in cages and desperate for love. Second of all - like this guy needs $1000? IF he did not behave as a responsible pet owner and did not fix his pets and had puppies - at the MINIMUM donate any money he can get to a woman's shelter or due something useful with the money he can get. He just keeps proving over and over, in a million different ways, what a f*cking d*ck he is.

And for the record I have 2 little rescue cats and they are the best, best, best creatures on the planet. There is NO NEED to purchase an animal.

  13. drug dealers who have dogs always have pitbulls. always.

so, he is making it safer for drug dealers who buy his dogs. it seems that he has absolutely no conscience.

  14. Enty - let's have a no Chris Brown month. This guys doesn't deserve an ounce of attention.

  15. Hope this doesn't set a precedent. It's bad enough to have bred designer dogs, but celebrities selling their own bred dogs.....oh man.

  16. i have absolutely no problem with people purchasing puppies, however, there is a ridiculous number of pits in shelters all across the nation. I used to volunteer at a shelter and the number of pits was astonishing.

  17. I agree with Vicki, I won't be surprised at all if he is busted for dog fighting. I don't know why a celebrity would sell put bulls unless he is also involved in something illegal. Breeding is not up there in the realm of big money deals a celeb gets involved in.

  18. Backyard breeding is dangerous. Does Chris Brown know anything about canine genealogy, genetic defects, parental temperament (ESPECIALLY important with pit bulls!)
Selling a pit bull puppy for $1000 (let alone $2500!) is crazy, considering the vast majority of abandoned dogs on death row are pit mixes. (And pit bulls are outlawed and the first to be put to death in many states.)
Thousands of pit puppies and adult dogs need good homes. Pit bulls are NOT their dog fighting reputation (though macho guys like Chris Brown would not be seen breeding, say, poodles, would they?). They are incredibly sociable, great family pets if they are socialized correctly. Some of those bully breeds on death row may be too "advanced" for the average inexperienced dog owner, but many are just sweet, loving dogs wearing pit bull outfits. Consider adopting an abandoned or stray bully breed, there is NO need to buy puppies and contribute to the cruel deaths of other dogs.
    (Off soapbox now.)

  19. Yep, I agree, I can see him dog fighting, with no problem. Why would anyone want to buy a pup from him?

  20. I hate this POS so badly. I can't stand him...I refuse to listen to his music. I think he's a waste of space and a HUGE joke.

  21. I agree with everyone abut not buying, only adopting.

The dogs in these pictures are Bulldogs not Pitts.

In most shelters you will find the majority of dogs are Pitts or others of the Bully breeds, they are lovely dogs if properly socialized and cared for.

Take your $1k and donate it to your local shelter and get a great dog!

Don't buy, while shelter dogs die.

  22. This is extremely irresponsible. It takes a special person who is well-educated regarding Pit Bulls to own this breed, never mind breed them properly. How much money or more of an ego boost does this POS woman batterer need? It's not fair to the dogs. OMG, I LOATHE this *$&$^#%!

  23. There is no doubt in my mind this trash has abused his dogs at some point.

  24. @chopchop - I know. I was thinking the same thing. Maybe this was only a photo op and he doesn't really have anything to do with the dogs when the cameras aren't around. That is probably not true, but you never know.

This douchebag is a massive pile of crap, and so is anyone who buys a dog from him. You know these poeple are just buying the puppies so they can brag about who they got it from. They aren't going to take the time to socialize the puppies or play with them, and the dogs are going to eventually wind up in shelters (if they're lucky). Any shelter you go to, the overwhelming number of dogs there are pitties. It's heartbreaking.

And msgirl, I don't know if you were insinuating that you can't get purebreed dogs at shelters, but if so, that isn't true. My white pomeranian came from the county shelter.

  26. One of the reasons I like the actor Eric Balfour is (aside from his being really hot) that he and his girlfriend are active in the pit bull rescue movement.

Chris Brown is toxic; since his mother is running the pit bull breeding business, it's clear now where he gets it from.

  27. Enty - Thank you so much for recognizing the plight of shelter animals - with or without douche-bag Chris. Wonder if they're being sold on a spay/neuter contract...why do I think not? There are so many beautiful pitbulls being euthanized; absolutely no need for more pit puppies.

  30. Those look like bulldogs.

Get one from a rescue or a shelter. Eff this loser. What's he aiming for now, being the Michael Vick of the recording industry?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Yeah but can any of his dogs eat corn on the cob like a human? My wiener dog does!
    Ha, take that Chris Brown!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Breeding bulldogs would make a little more sense. 80% or more bulldogs are born by Cesarian section because the puppies' heads are too big for the mother's birth canal. This is why they are so expensive. (Makes you think, though, doesn't it? When we genetically engineer animals to our own liking, and prevent them from even being able to give birth naturally?)
I'd worry just as much about the lack of credentials here, though. Bulldogs have a HUGE list of genetic conditions and defects that are passed down through the generations, even among the healthiest of them. Breeding them safely is not just a hobby one quickly picks up.

  33. Nope, it's pitbulls he's selling. The kind of people who buy pits as macho status symbols are not going to get them fixed.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Ya .. I am on the ?? side of this. The picture is of English Bulldogs .. and $1000 is damn cheap for them .. at least here. So .. til I get more info .. my jury is out.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Okey Dokey ..

My jury is back in .. they appear to be Pits .. cute adorable pits.

If this douche is selling them for fighting .. and why else would you include the language of "Four Generation Performance Pedigree" .. he deserves whatever is coming to him.

Dear Karma Train .. PLEASE make a stop at this Dick's doorstep.

  36. Two things:

    1) I work at an agency that provides services & housing to women & their children impacted by domestic violence. It is a VERY common pattern for abusers to start out on the family pets, then work their way up to their partners and children. So, for everyone on this post who says Chris Brown likely has abused his dogs, you are almost certainly correct.

    2) My own karma may take a hit for saying this, but I would really, truly love to hear that Chris Brown is viciously mauled and possibly eaten by one of his own dogs. What a lovely payback THAT would be.

P.S.: There is NO need to purchase a dog or cat. there are thousands facing death every day in shelters all over this country. Adoption saves lives. :)

  37. My gosh, everyone is throwing stones. Everyone always has an opinion about what someone else should be doing. Yes it would be great if CB rescued pits from a shelter, but he is not. There are a lot of people who choose to buy a breed instead of rescuing one. It is absolutely ludicrous to say that CB is trying to protect drug dealers. Where is the logic? Also, we computer judgers should not be so quick to condemn others. You never know what you may have to ask forgiveness for before your life is over.

And no, I don't condone domestic violence. I believe people should be responsible for their actions. Michael Vick served his time. I bet if he partnered with Peta and ASPCA, you guys still wouldn't be satisfied.

I do own a pit bull that I brought from a breeder-he is socialized and loves people, just like a normal American Staffordshire Terrier.

If I do choose to get another one, it will be from a shelter, but I don't feel bad about buying my Scuby.

  38. And yes, of course he is into dog fighting!

Black guy + Pit bull = dogfighting.

    I can't and I won't.
