It is another week gone by. Less than 10 weeks to Christmas. Which means of course it is just 11 weeks to reveal day. Of course every Saturday I try to do a reveal or two right here and blog all weekend so I hope you will come and stop by. Please follow me on Twitter. I am @entylawyer. It all started for this B-/C+ actress when she came home from work one day. Her new husband, who is an A lister now, but at the time was also a B-/C+ had been turned down for a new role. Our actress was a little late and she said that our actor jumped on her from the time she entered the door and grabbed her and slammed her against the front door. She says she could feel the doorknob in the small of her back and had a bruise afterwards for a week there. He kept his forearm under her neck and asked where she had been and who she had been with and seemed to think she was cheating on him. He always thought that. She had caught him cheating on her twice while they were dating and this was not the first time he had got rough with her. He had slapped her twice and was always calling her names. S**t and who*e were his favorites. He always apologized for hitting her. He never apologized for calling her names. The never ending verbal abuse if she was two seconds late or he had a bad day. Nothing like the charming A lister he is today. She says it is because of her that he is even where he is today because she introduced him to the person who gave him his first huge break. What did she get for it? Well that day with the doorknob in her back and then he started coking her. Really violently. Calling her every name in the book. Slamming her back against the door again and again. The actress says she has never had a more terrifying experience in her life and knows it is cliche but even though she had married the guy she had no idea who it was at the door and she just thought of him as some random stranger attacking her. She is pretty sure he would have tried to rape her but she was wearing jeans and she was not and is not a weak woman. She screamed. Loud. He was always afraid of people knowing his secrets. He backed off. She ran out. Never came back. Sent some people to collect her things.

Why do the exes never speak out? I've never been in an abusive relationship, so maybe there's a psychological factor I'm missing, but it's just disgusting.

Now it's my turn to stick my head in the sand. BC is so freakin talented. I remember seeing him front row in so many episodes of "Inside the Actor's Studio", he seemed so driven to soak up everything he could that it made me have mad respect for him. He was there so often that it was the subject of his opening monologue for one of his SNL appearances a few years ago. James Lipton was there for a cameo too!

Enty had a blind about JE and BC way back in the day that alluded to the fact he beat her up. I read this with their names from the beginning. I'll see if I can find the old blind. I think this means yesterday's blind was him. It seems if Enty seems to tie a lot of his blinds together these days

You would recognize our actor, but would be hard pressed to come up with his name. His recent marriage ended in a quick divorce because of domestic abuse. Never hit his wife until after they were married. No signs at all until after the wedding. After he got done beating her for the third time she decided to leave. Now for fun he is trying to work his way through every woman he can find in LA.
My vote is Cooper.
And he could still be closeted or bi. The cheating could have been women and/or men.

@Coriander--The Brown List is a list by some blogger (Temp X) where people nominate and vote on the most and least liked Hollywood execs and celebrities. I'm not sure how accurate it is because people can vote as many times as they want and it can totally be skewed. The 2012 list came out earlier this week:

This reminds me of a very simlar blind item of sorts that I read in a domestic violence education class. Not a class in which I learned domestic violence, but like how to represent victims. I remember the perp being Sean Connery. The woman was some actress whose name I didn't recognize. Let me do some research and see if I can find the story online.

It's not a recent story and it takes a while to get to the allegations of abuse made by Diane Cilento, but the story is very similar to today's BI. In the domestic violence class that I want to, I believe there were more details of abuse, such as Connery controlling Cilento's money (she was initially more famous than him).
FWIW, I think this is Connery even though the specifics don't match.
