Blind Item #1
This almost A list all television actress has never been happier. She has money in the bank, her hit network show is ending and now she plans to go into hiding and spend some time with a woman she met a few months ago. I don't think our actress is coming out of the closet after so many years of hiding in it, but maybe all this alone time with her new lover might make her change her mind. I hope she does, because everyone loves her and it is not like she ever really had a boyfriend anyway. Yes, one guy that lasted two seconds does not a boyfriend make. It was a bearding for both.
Finally, an easy one...Kate Walsh.

ReplyDeleteDexter is NOT a "hit network show". It's on Showtime. Rashida Jones is not on "The Office" anymore. She's on Parks and Recreation, which is not a hit and is not ending. And she dated John Krasinski and Jon Favreau (not the director, the speechwriter for Obama).
ReplyDeleteI don't even get access to US television but it's obvious it's Kate Walsh. She never got bad press in the middle of all the Grey's Anatomy dramas, she got some cred with the indie comedian scene in LA (UCB, the Adult Swim crowd). Outside of the fact she was married, it perfectly fits her.

Fringe was never a hit. The ratings have been low for years. Fox kept it on the air mostly because of the fan base and the fact they would get good publicity for allowing the show to reach a natural conclusion.

Wasn't Kate Walsh the popular guess for the blind about an actress (on an ending show) who's trying to trap a co-star into marriage by getting pregnant (after promising him that she'd never ask him for any help if she conceived)?
ReplyDeleteThe only hit network shows that are definitely ending are Private Practice, Fringe, Office and 30 Rock. Gossip Girl too, but that's on CW the "almost network."
ReplyDeleteKate Walsh is the best guess. She was married for a couple of years though. Even though there was talk of both of them being gay. I still think this is her.
Can't imagine how having been married excludes someone from being gay...

ReplyDeleteHow about Lisa Edelstein from House? Isn't that ending this year. It's not a huge hit anymore, but it was for a long time. She's never been married, one gossipy thing about her maybe dating this one guy for a while.

ReplyDeleteI've worked with her on commercials for her perfume, 'BOYFRIEND' - and the buzz on-set, behind the scenes, and picked-up by my gaydar, was that she's gay and how amusing it was that that's what she named her scent. She's a very laid-back, hard-working, hilarious and cool woman - I wish her love.

ReplyDeleteLauren Graham's show, Parenthood, is definitely not ending, although she was a popular guess for a blind a while back involving a relationship with an actress (for some reason, I thought I recalled that actress could have been Kate Walsh, both of whom are terrific, BTW).

It's Kate bc he said everyone likes her and his notes about her are always positive. She is never linked with anyone besides that marriage. Almost A list though? Huh. I guess so.
