So, what happens when a former A list all movie actor and now a B- all movie actor who thinks he has other talents but really doesn't gets a little booze in him followed by a lot more booze followed by even more booze? he starts talking about the time he sat down with his former flame who is an A list movie actress. They also got a little boozy followed by more booze and they started talking about told times. Not their own old times but she started talking about how her current man in her life almost didn't get to be the current man in her life and that she actually was into someone way more. It had happened about a year before she met her current man. She was into this foreign born actor who she said took her breath away. She was actually way more into him than vice versa which never happens. He was a drinker and a partier which she found fun and exciting. Plus he had some danger in him. She loved danger. She loved that he was always on edge. Plus she thought he was a really great actor and could respect him. He was the whole package. This was who she wanted to have a bunch of kids with. They hooked up while filming a movie, but the problem was she could not get him to commit to her. He was off screwing everyone and anyone. He was everywhere and no matter how much she tried and no matter how good her acting skills, she just could not get much more out of him than some weekly sex when he could not find anyone away from the set to have sex with. She sent him gifts and tapes of herself. She sent him photos and would call him and leave dirty voice mails. Nothing worked. When the movie ended so did the relationship. When they did press for the movie she tried again, but he didn't even really acknowledge her. It was about that same time she met her current guy, but she always felt like she was settling. He was definitely not her first choice.

I think she sat down with BBT and was talking about the one who got away, Colin Farrell. I LOVE this reveal!!! THIS is why I come here! I'm totally NOT a big AJ fan, never was. I really wanted to like her in Girl, Interrupted, but after reading the book, I didn't like her as the character. Or maybe I was jealous because I wanted to play that role. :)

He's never seemed to be the settle down type and I think she wanted a guy she could manipulate (I'm not sure that was the word I was looking for). Or at least become his WHOLE center of attention. Colin doesn't seem that type of guy, but Brad sure does. Love that he was the after thought.

ReplyDeleteIt would make sense that BBT was the one she was talking TO, and Colin Farrell was the one she was talking ABOUT - if the movie was Alexander, CF would have been well aware of anything transpiring between AJ and Jonathan RM, and it wouldn't have been news. Seems far more sensible that she was talking about CF. Before Brad Pitt, she did an interview where she talked about meeting up with "man friends" for sex to fulfill her needs; she had just broken up with BBT and had a young adopted child.

Johnny Lee Miller wasn't so bad though, but again a mismatch. I don't want Brad to be hurt, I hope the best for him/them.

That would make more sense given her eventual choice of man and also CF's comments at a premiere of Alexander that she was the perfect woman.

I actually think I recall seeing some shitty tabloid after Alexander premiered, there was an article about all of Angelina's post BBT loves. She'd had Maddox for maybe a year, and in regards to her fling with Colin Farrel, she was quoted as saying she'd never marry again because Maddox was the only man in her life. The only reason I remember this even vaguely is because I had a massive ladyboner for CF back then and I remember thinking "we'll fuck, if he dumped me, I'd probably give up on men too".

It's Colin Farrell. Ten years ago he was the sexiest man on this fucking planet.

I think you guys forget how many secret hookup go on in hollywood and on movie sets, i just know the one who got away was JRM, the blind reads as if the one who got away didnt even acknowledge the relationship, angie was doing all kinds of things to get him, but after he hit it he ignored her afterward 'when they did press she tried again but he didnt even really acknowledge her" while Colin can be quoted everywhere saying how great angie is, perfect woman blah blah.
ReplyDeleteIta w you, @ittookforever. I don't know why anyone is thinking Enty would make such a huge mistake as to reveal the wrong person in his answers. It makes no sense for Colin Farrell to be the one who got away. JRM is totally the perfect answer. I understand Angie's lust in this case. Gawd, he was just gorgeous...it's a shame he's so f'd up. :(

I have no idea who JRM is but he looks like a druggie is recent pictures. I'm a smallish green eyed, very very pale stawberry blonde and I prefer dark haired, dark eyed men..the black irish type. To me thin, pale, blonde haired, blue eyed men are too feminine.

If you read the BV...the actor AJ was obsessed with is NOT revealed. The A (now B-) actor who was also a former flame, a boozer and whatever else he was is the one who is outing AJ's heart. They are now JUST friends. That person is revealed as Colin F. Colin F and Enty have not revealed who the guy is that she was in love with. JRM is probably the guy, because it had to be while they were filming Alexander.

JRM, IMHO, kind of lost it. Yes, beautiful eyes, etc... but I'd take CF over him any day. And if Leto was around, and Oh MY Fn GAWD WAS HE! , I'd have to be a HO and have Collin then Jared prob just cuz Collin was the A lister then.
At the time, not now, I can't imagine having Oliver thrown in there. I'd have to have him too!!
Brad is Freaking Gorgeous, when I see him I think, "yeah, that's one of the best looking men ever!" (Esp as Tristin!! In the horse!) but I just can't picture ....you know.

Years ago AJ and BBT were milling about and sitting near me at a local family attraction and it was surprising, AJ CANNN have an off day, a very off day, as gorgeous as she looks most always SHE IS HUMAN TOO. (IMHO)
I could have sworn that JRM has been outed as gay. I thought he's been photo'd with men....canoodling in a hazy stupor.

colin is better looking and a better actor than Pitt by far. aaawwwwww poor angie. OH PLEASE Angie wasnt settling for Pitt. She went after him with a vengeance. She went after him with all she had. Probably trying to make Colin jealous.
