I don't have a TV connection and I am not a hipster. It's just that where I live I could fork out $70-$200 a month for regular TV, and I have done, only to go week after week with nothing to see on TV except occasional replays of something like Shawshank Redemption, which I already own on the cloud. Then I shut off the TV subscription. You can buy "season passes" to a lot of shows now on Amazon or iTunes, and one season costs about $20 and has no ads.

I have never seen a reality show, so most of the time I have no idea what you folks are talking about.

I was in the dentist's chair last week getting an infected tooth extracted and high on nitrous oxide, and they pushed this screen in front of me, playing SATC. I imagine it had to be the watered down, censored version of SATC, made for dentist's offices. Whoa. Did not like.

  128. I am old, so I have seen every episode of SNL since 1975! Really, my parents would let us nap then get back up to watch it, every week. And also, since I have no shame...

I wish I could say The League as I just watched 3 seasons in a week, but the 4th season isn't on demand yet (still showing on FX I think but I want to watch it from the beginning). If you have very immature humor, this show is for you (Dragon is my co-fan of The Leauge. "Child Please. Try the Veal")

  137. I rarely watch anything without seeing every episode. I'm a completist unless it turns to crap and I give up. My current shows are too much to list. So for ended shows: X-files, Buffy, Wonderfalls (why didn't it go on?), Ab Fab, Vicar of Dibley, Lost, Pushing Daisies, Journey Man, The Prisoner (original), Sex in the City, The Office UK, Dead Like Me, My So-Called Life, 30 Rock, Samantha Who?

There are probably more and most of those ended too soon, IMO. But that's one eclectic list. I watch too much TV.
