Adrienne Maloof Was Fired From Real Housewives

Bravo likes everyone to keep watching and if you knew Adrienne Maloof was not going to be invited back before the season ends, you might not continue to watch. I know, but that is their thinking. Last year after the finished taping the season I told you she was going to be fired. They just had to go through the motions of pretending she was a big part of the team. Yesterday though Adrienne admitted she was leaving the show. She says she was not fired, but Kneepads says she was. Who are you going to believe? Has Adrienne ever told the truth? She wonders why the people of Sacramento hate her so much.

  1. So excited!!!!! Camille is out to BTW. And traditionally, Bravo fires Housewives privately, but allows them to say that they were the ones that quit publicly.

  2. Wonder if Enty's new friend will get a job on the show? The friend of Brandi's that is always popping up? I forget her name.

    1. @Agent Jennifer Gimenez. Love her! Watched her on all the Sober House/Celeb Rehab shows. She would be a great addition! She seems like she would be a voice of reason on the show. Plus she's Team Lisa :)

  3. I hope all the paperwork Brandi brought to the White party comes up at the reunion even if Adrienne isn't there. If she is not, perhaps Kyle will get the dogpile. One can hope.

  4. I find it ironic her opening line for the show this year was "know your friends, show your enemies the door".

  5. LOLOLOL Damn right the people of Sacramento hate her and the rest of her clan. What a troll.

  6. That is one rough looking face.

  7. I used to like her during the first season, but now? Yuck. Why is Kim still on the show? I thought she wasn't supposed to be back this season.

Anyway, to spice up the show, they should make that crazy medium Allison something from the dinner party from hell a cast member. Hell, send her to RHNJ, too!

  8. Faye will always be in my book the chick who capitalized on the murder of her "bff" Nicole Simpson's murder. I can't stand the chick and would love it if she got a beatdown on one episode.

  9. Not nearly as much as we hate Gavin and Joe.

And don't get me started on Kevin Johnson.

  10. As long as they keep Lisa and Yolanda, I'm happy. If Kyle leaves, I will miss Mauricio the most. He's too cute...anyone else see this week when he put the lock on the bridge in Paris? I melted.

  11. Good riddance Maloof! she was amazing in season one but now she has become unbearable!

I would love to see "the morally corrupt" Faye Resnik and Allison dubois as official real housewives. There will be electric cigarette puffing, allegations, and general shit stirring galore!

Camille has/had some of the best one liners; I know she wasn't as involved this season but why did she get fired? girl was hilarious!!

I know it won't happen but I hope Kyle gets fired, I cannot STAND her or her sister! why is Kim still on the show?

    1. @Pink Camille quit last year too, then decided she didn't want to not be famous anymore, so went back to the producers after filming had already started and storylines had been set for the season. That's why she wasn't really on this season; she came back too late to really be incorporated into the storylines. Wouldn't surprise me if she "fake quits" again

    2. I hope it's her fake quitting, she is by far my favorite BH housewives. Her pretentiousness is unparalleled!

I don't want MCFR! She's awful. I do like the addition of Yolanda. She was especially endearing on the Paris episode last night.
Kim did seem "off" in Paris, not sure what's going on there.
Jennifer (Brandi's friend) seems fun but don't know if she's right for the show its supposed to be about over the top Beverly Hills Housewives, Brandi was a stretch to begin with, although I love her.
Taylor and Kim have gotta go. Taylor I can't stand and Kim I think needs to concentrate on her sobriety.

  13. @OReally I loved Mauricio and Ken's Segway tour of Paris. Too funny!

    ReplyDelete
  14. Loved Adrienne in the first season, she was the voice of reason. Somewhere, she went off the rails (got too full of herself). Kyle turned into a bitch when Brandy was introduced, she and Kim totally ganged up on her the first time they met her. Camille was great, but now is kind of boring. I love the show but if they give Faye Resnick a spot, I'll stop watching.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I don't understand why Adrienne would even want to be on the show at this point? She couldn't possibly need the money. Her marriage imploded. Her "secret" about her kids is out and I'm not quite sure how the show helped her shoe line or whatever other financial endeavors she's into?

Camille had almost zero screen time this season, so no big surprise. The only reason I think they are keeping Taylor is b/c of Russell.

  16. How can y'all not appreciate the hot mess that is Taylor Armstrong? Yes she's wretched but I think she's kinda fun to watch. I like Kyle too. I think she's funny. But Lisa Vanderpump is my fave.

  18. I'm still lol'ing at whoever suggested a friends of real housewives spin off a few weeks ago. That'd be sooo good!

OT but I'd figured I'd throw this in with the trash tv post, I saw Leah from teen mom ended up naming her baby Addalynn, which wasnt even that far off from the names people were guessing here and it also made me laugh.

@Onyx, that's what my 17 year old niece called her baby. Must be a popular name for teenage unwed mothers. Look for a bunch of strppers in 18 yrs to be called "Addalynn"

      Delete
    2. @Onyx to recap, the dinner regulars would be: The Morally Corrupt Faye Resnick, Alison DuBois, Marisa Zanuck, Camille Grammer, and a rotating guest. And to take it up a notch, the dinners should all take place at Sur and the waitresses will be Stassi and Schaena.
It will later be revealed that Schaena has been sleeping with Marisa's husband after she spent the whole season of Housewives taking about how she's tired of sleeping with him and is not attracted to him

    3. Hahahaha!! I thought it was you @vip who suggested it!! Seriously the ratings for the spinoff would destroyyyyy the actual shows hahaha. The Alison Dubois ep was my favorite ep ever! I wonder if she gets made fun of in real life after it.

  19. Why add another skeez? Just give me more Lisa Vanderpump, dahling!!!

Jennifer would drive me UP. THE. WALL. I've already clocked quite enough time looking at her face and her histrionics on Celebrity Rehab and Sober House.

I would loooooove some extra doses of drunk Allison DuBois, though. That shit is righteous!

  22. @Izzie. The Maloof family are the majority stockholders of the Sacramento Kings. They've sent the last decade jerking the fans around and letting the team go downhill.

Kevin Johnson is the Mayor of Sacramento (and a retired basketball player) who has had his lips surgically attached to Gavin Maloof's ass.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I enjoyed her clueless hair tinsel the first season, but her true colors came out by season two (they always do, right Jill Zarin?) and now find her to be a miserable, not very smart, jerk. From what I've read, Taylor will be in limited capacity next season (which starts filming in April). I have started to actually enjoy her drunken-truth telling new persona this season, so that will be a loss. Kyle and Maurico seem sooooo staged this season, which is a bummer, cause I used to like her. Team Yolanda, Brandi and Lisa all the way!

    ReplyDelete
  24. "Who is Adrienne Maloof in this world?"
I'm bored with kyle, kim, Adrienne, and Camille.. bravo is halfway there. This season has been uncomfortable to watch, more so than usual.

    ReplyDelete
  25. @Gayeld - Right now, Kevin Johnson is doing whatever he can to keep the Kings in Sacramento. The Maloofs F'd that city over big time. The city has met every criteria/demand the Maloofs made to keep the team there, and they STILL decided to sell the team. Except there's a big snafu - they didn't get the approval of the other owners who are all local. It'll be really interesting to see what ends up happening. Sacramento has put together a huge proposal that should satisfy everything needed, and they have some really big name investors (one being Ron Burkle). David Stern has said he wants the Kings to stay in Sac, and he wants Seattle to get their own team.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I can't wait to see Kyle's boutique opening. I know I should be ashamed, but I think Kathy Hilton would be a fascinating addition to this mess. And I always wanted Denise Richards.

LOVE seeing these broads in Paris. Although, some of them make me cringe because I don't think they really appreciate it. I really enjoyed the Mauricio/Ken bromance. Kim is a disaster. I kinda love Yolanda. I don't know why. She's annoying, but she says it like it is. Like, she really says it like it is, unlike Brandi. But then, Yolanda is so stuck in 1952 with her man relations. Now if her music producer husband whose name eludes me right now dumped her ass for a hotter piece - THAT would be Bravo TV cold. Shit, I should be an evil Bravo producer.

  31. Thanks, @Gayeld.

This makes me very happy that I don't watch this show. Medium was one of my favorite shows ever and that Alison DuBois will always be the real one in my heart.

  32. @Amber. The problems is that that's ALL that Kevin Johnson cares about, whether the people of Sacramento still want it or not. It's okay to layoff firefighter and police officers, close schools (especially if they can be converted to charter schools for his wife's little fifedom,) but we can't let that basketball team leave town. The people vote down every ballot to increase taxes to pay for a new stadium? Well, we'll just sell city property and parking revenues so they can't have a say in it.

I used to be one of those people at the Lakers games with the cow bells. I had a friend whose father had season tickets from the day the Kings came to town (right behind the vistors. Great place to sit and wave diapers at the guy going through the paternity suit,) he doesn't have any seats anymore. But it's been obvious for years that the Maloofs had other plans and the taxpayers weren't willing to foot the bill for Kevin's pipe dreams.

Kevin Johnson is only interested in what he thinks will bring him greater glory, not in what's best for Sacramento.

    1. I'm a Seattle-ite, so this hopefully isn't in bad taste... This is how we 'lost' the Sonics in the dirt place - Howard Schultz kept trying to strong arm the city into funding him a fancy new arena, all on the taxpayers dime, but literally no benefit to taxpayers. The city completely shut him down on that, which is why he eventually took his ball a went home (ie sold to Oklahoma). Honestly, I know a lot of people are sore about losing the Sonics, but it was the right thing to do. It would have put an incredible burden on regular citizens, for an f'ing sports team. Absolutely not worth it. And down the line a better deal has been made, though of course we know how contentious the whole team aspect is now.

  33. @Gayeld - I guess you're just on the opposing side. My BF is from Sacramento and his family is still there. They want the Kings to stay.

    ReplyDelete
  34. @Amber. I'm not opposed to the Kings staying, I'm opposed to paying for it. I'm opposed to underhanded tricks to get the public to foot the bill and lies about how much it's really going to cost. The whole thing has been a huge clusterfuck and the majority of people in Sacramento just don't care if the team leaves anymore.

  35. I've never liked Adrienne and would be glad to see her gone.

Camille was barely on this season so she doesn't matter much.

I think Bravo has been kind to keep Taylor to give her income during her financial problems but if she stays involved with her married boyfriend, I don't see her staying or being on much if she does.

I'd like to see Kim go mostly because I don't think this show is healthy for her.

Marissa should be careful if she comes back--she came off pretty much of a bitch and I think she would be ripe for a very bad edit the way she talks about her husband.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Real Housewives? My favorite!!

    *rolling up my sleeves*

Do you know why we all liked Adrienne in season 1? Because she rarely said anything! Once she got comfy and started talking, the claws came out.

And I think I know why Adrienne got fired - it's because Andy Cohen didn't like the threat of a lawsuit. Which Adrienne will lie and claim never happened, but that's why everyone danced around and wouldn't say what Brandi said (psssst! It was surrogacy!) -- because Adrienne held the threat of litigation over the heads of the powers that be at Bravo. And Adrienne is soooo jealous of Lisa it's palpable. Personally, I thought "The Maloof Hoof" was a clever turn of words, but Adrienne choose to take it as an insult. Heifer. (Wait, maybe Lisa did mean it as an insult, lol...)

I'm bummed that Camille is leaving but I have to say that she is rather boring now that she's a good witch. They can jettison Kim for crying out loud; all she's good for are drunk dialed calls to say that she won't be showing up. Taylor's much the same, (drunk) only she shows up (gotta take advantage of free food, free booze and SCREEN TIME!) Where's Shelly? How about, Where's Kennedy?!!

I love, love, LOVE Lisa (and hate, hate, hate Vanderpump Rules, so much that I can't even watch it and rag on it, it's such a suck-fest) and Brandi.

I enjoy the scenes with Yolanda but I think David Foster is kind of a dick. Luckily Yolanda likes to make lemonade from lemons...

Kyle I like or hate from episode to episode. She and Mauricio desperately want us to think they are $UPER RICH which leads me to think they're not as loaded as they want us to think they are.

Not sure yet how I feel about Marisa Zanuck, but if they hire
TMC Faye Resnick, I will spew chunks (which, coincidentally, looks much like her decorating style).

I haven't watched the two Paris episodes but I have them on DVR and I should watch before I get too far behind. I fell behind because I just started watching Breaking Bad on Netflix streaming.

    1. @Mango You're right about the lawsuit thing. Andy Cohen may love a side pony, but he does not tolerate a lawsuit!

This scoop is a year old, but in case you haven't heard it:
That's why Taylor finally left Russell. The "threatening to sue" letter he sent to Camille? He sent the same one to Bravo. So Bravo cut Taylor and Russell. That's why she wasn't in Hawaii. But Taylor decided that TV fame was more important than her marriage, so she called production and wanted back on the show (hence the phone call to Lisa and Kyle when they were in Hawaii telling them she had finally left Russell). The threat of not appearing on Bravo motivated her to leave her husband, not the abuse

Makes total sense VIP! I would believe that Taylor would do that. Expect all sors of crazy if they threaten to boot her again.

@Mango I liked your analysis. Thought it was right on. I gotta say I love Yolanda too but every time David sits down at the piano I roll my eyes, what an attention whore, I would be embarrassed.

  38. @Gayeld,

I have to disagree with you here, respectfully. To say Kevin Johnson only cares about the team staying is a misrepresentation of political career in Sacramento, one that has been far more interested in correcting a pathetic public school system. Yes, there are schools closing by the end of the year -- seven of them, in fact -- but that was decided by a 4-3 vote from district trustees and not something the mayor can just block from doing.

As for firefighters losing their jobs, I can't speak to how that system goes but my dad did negotiate labor contracts for a law enforcement agency for over a decade in the city, and I can say it's not really up to him. These are City Counsel, state budget, and county matters, which he can lobby to but not ultimately control. He's a mayor; he's not a dictator. Granted, it's on him to lead in a situation like this but there is only so much money there. To pin the law enforcement cutbacks on him would be unfair and ultimately wrong, in my opinion.

In dealing with the arena, the city definitely wants the team to stay. If they didn't you'd see an overwhelming vote against the actions over the last 18 months that has helped pledge hundreds of millions of both public and private funding to attempt to keep the team in Sacramento. The current arena proposal will be to convert Downtown Plaza (a downtown mall) into the new arena cite. Downtown Plaza is a defunct mall that is more of a crime issue due to gang-related and homeless issues surrounding a mostly vacant and large structure. By renovating that area into a fully functional, state-of-the-art arena, the city will be cleaning up a once vibrant part of downtown Sacramento and helping boost the economy, which could use a couple of boosts. It's something that will take roughly 7 to 10 years to show substantial profits for the city, but with the economic outlook trending the way it is, it seems pretty widely accepted by those without the Maloof last name that it will happen.

(I will say I'm a little worried about the traffic it will create, but the city is set up in a weird way to begin with. Traffic just happens downtown).

The city has voted down measures in the past because they were set up to fail and they were awful measures. Part of this was an economical happening and part of it was the Maloofs setting it up for failure. They've been angling to find their way out of the city for years, bringing down the value of the team to skew attendance in favor of letting them move and putting an unwatchable product on the floor. I should know because I covered the team professionally while this happened and know skeletons in the closet here.

The city is going to commit roughly $260 million of the $390 million arena project. It's an investment in a downtown area that needs revitalization. Most cities don't get out of that with such a good deal and low costs. This is something the city officials, mayor Johnson, and the constituents have fought for since it was revealed the Maloofs were lying to everybody the entire time when they said they wouldn't move the team and then tried to move the team to Anaheim, only to be told by the NBA that they shouldn't do it.

Then they agreed to an arena deal, celebrated it at center court of a Kings game before George Maloof claimed they never thought it was fair. Then they said they weren't going to sell the team right before they tried to move the team to Virginia Beach, failed, and then sold the team.

Mayor Johnson isn't a perfect mayor, but I don't agree that the facts support your assertion. Thanks for your consideration of my side of this and thanks for reading my long-winded explanation of this side of the discussion.

You know, I had been naively impressed when Taylor sort of reached out to Brandi when the Maloofs (well, Adrienne and Paul) were ganging up on Brandi and then it turned out that it was because T just held a grudge over last year's White Party when she'd been barred. She has no reason to offer a hand of friendship to Brandi because Brandi's not, you know, RICH, nor influential. Taylor's a big old user.

  59. Lelaina, that sometimes is my favorite cast because you can count on those women. I love Kandi, and Phaedra, and I laughed a lot when Walter was on. And Porsha has become one of my favorite housewives ever, she's so sweet and funny and has such a temper and such a mouth on her! Porsha is an exemplary reality television personality: pretty, funny, egotistical when she can be, flexible, and combative. I used to be a Nene fan, but I get tired of her so easily. I can't hate her cuz she's kind to the gays and really isn't that bad of a person. In fact, I'm liking Nene this season more than usual. I love the Atlanta cast, and the Orange County one, and the New York one. In fact, I like them all. Who am I fooling.

  60. @Barton - I watch them all, except Miami. I brought up Atlanta (also my favorite), because I feel like that cast had the most faux-wealthy/connected people, based on all the financial gossip surrounding them and how many people have come on/left the show. I'm thinking specifically about Kim Z., pre-Hollywood NeNe (didn't Greg go bankrupt trying to finance their lifestyle?), Sheree with her failed clothing line and never ending construction on her Chateau, etc. Porsha has been great TV, bless her heart. I could go on and on about these crazy women. I always enjoying reading your posts about the Housewives, Barton Fink. :)
