For the past two weeks Jay Baruchel has been keeping quiet for the most part after being dumped by Alison Pill. The couple, who were engaged to be married and had a wedding date or two pass, officially confirmed they have split yesterday, but the break happened right after Valentine's Day. Although the official line is that the couple grew tired of the long distance travel thing, the real story is probably something along the lines of Alison found this guy here in LA and has a whole lot more fun being in LA on the weekends with the guy than flying back and forth across the continent. Oh, and when Jay did come visit, pretending like she was thrilled to see him. The past few months must have been brutally awkward and painful with the probable canceled weekend plans that kept happening to the phone calls and texts not being returned for hours. You know, if this is how it all played out.
Good. Puts him on the market for a better woman. I have such a soft spot in my heart for him. Her... meh.
ReplyDeleteAw, that's sad. Love her on Newsroom! That's what happens when someone jumps to the next level of fame (see Josh Duhamel dumping whoever he was dating for Fergie). Remember when she accidentally tweeted a naked pic of herself? LOL. I don't know if naked pics can be describes as "endearing," but hers was!
ReplyDeleteJust watched "I'm Reed Fish" over the weekend and that was probably one of the most pointless, boring movies I've ever seen. Maybe it's because I was watching it while on the elliptical and need something with a quicker pace, but it was like time stood still when I watched that. He seems like a nice guy, though.

ReplyDeleteIf you love someone, you don't stay long distance for long. I know this from experience...lots and lots of experience. I'm currently "yet again" in a long distance relationship, but at least this time, I'm in the same country as my boyfriend...same coast too. He's planning on moving to me this summer.
