Blind Item #2
This hit network comedy had to rewrite some scenes earlier this week because the young B- list mostly television actress who was set to star in the scene could not stop grinding her teeth because of her need for a coke fix. She kept insisting she was fine but it was painful to watch so the writers quickly wrote someone else in.

Deletehunter, yes, that is exactly correct. When you need a coke fix you get shaky, but you don't grind your teeth. So, it sounds like she DID get her coke fix. Quite a big coke fix from the sounds of it.

Suburbagotry, The Middle, Raising Hope, Mike and Molly, Go On, The New Normal, Happy Endings, Last Man Standing...it really depends on what "young" means. 15ish, or 25ish. Then it could be narrowed down, a bit.

ReplyDeleteI think it's someone from Glee; for the writers to quickly write someone else in, they have to HAVE someone else and there isn't a shortage of teenangers on the Glee set.
ReplyDeleteThis is what I don't understand... Anytime I've done the booger sugar I have an epic hangover, and I'm super quick to anger the next day, hence why I don't even partake on the occasional weekend anymore. How do these people do it????
ReplyDeleteI agree that it's probably someone from glee because wasn't there a blind a few years ago about a glee actress with a coke problem? I don't really know who from glee though.
ReplyDelete@SueRH, if the Ecstasy has too much amphetamine in it, then it can definitely cause teeth grinding or jaw clenching--jaw clenching was my usual experience with speedy E. Generally though, good E should not do that.

ReplyDeleteReminds me of the soap actor Nathaniel Marston on OLTL. He had a bad drug habit and would grind his teeth constantly on camera. He was fired after attacking a taxi driver in NYC.
ReplyDeleteI would imagine that she was still on coke, and wanting more to keep her high going. But who knows? Why would you be in to that stuff? Just young kids with too much money, in a morally bankrupt culture, trying to be thin and not depressed about their chosen career? I just don't get why someone would think they could act while high on coke. Miley Cyrus is a great guess!

ReplyDeleteAny stimulant will get you to grind your teeth. For me it is worst w/ caffeine pills/energy drinks, I don't touch the stuff. It makes me grind my teeth and makes my heart rate soar.
