What former D list Tweener from a fairly big tween hit show has been making his living selling information about the star of that show who has been in the business long before she even hit tween. Her unwanted entrance into the spotlight about a topic was all because of him. He has a substance abuse problem.

ReplyDeleteOrlando played her brother on That's So Raven. He also got his own show after Raven ended. My daughter loved Raven when she was little.

ReplyDeleteThat's so crappy that he would out her. That should have been her decision to make. I don't give a crap if she's gay or not what he did was really crappy. I remember when those rumors started. If I remember correctly it was right before his DUI.
I remember her being outed. She never confirmed it, but didn't deny it either. Glad to know who the son of a bitch was who outed her. And I am guessing that Orlando Brown doesn't get many job offers nowadays. Who wants to work with a big mouth?

ReplyDeleteWay back in the day, Orlando Brown was Artie Lange's roommate in Hollywood.
ReplyDeleteArtie has certainly been open about his cocaine addiction leading to his arrest and eventual termination from Mad TV, but all I remember him saying about Orlando was that he was vegan.
This was around the time that Artie was spotted in his Mad TV pig costume after snorting cocaine off a key at a stoplight.
True story.

ReplyDeleteYes, @feed watcher, the Artie Lange story is true, but that was Orlando Jones, different actor. This Brown kid was born in 1987, way too young to be a Mad TV cast member.

ReplyDeleteRaven seems to have turned out okay. Especially when you factor in "child actor" and "former LiLo roommate".
I hope she continues to do well and, if she is gay, that she reaches a point in her life where she does not feel the need to be closeted. Of course, that assumes that she is closeted versus just private.
