I actually liked Anne's hair....for this event. Miley's hair may be punk, but she looks like shit with it. I thought the first 2-3 versions of her new style were cute on her, but she's really mucked it up.

Miley is great. She is fab to work with, and no, she isn't "trying to hard." She's just evolving with age. And, as a person who was deeply involved in the real punk movement,not some Green Day/Blink BS, I can assure you, that will always be cool. Miley almost nailed it perfectly, but her hair needed to be even rougher, dirtier, and she went with "pretty" make up, red lip, instead of a more Siouxsie Sue look. Kelly O looks pretty cool, as well, capturing the Brit punk/throwback eccentric look. Katy Perry is ridiculous, Taylor Swift thinks punk=vampire Goth, and JLo looks like an old Miami hooker.
Only Jessica bill can make a Goth theme look so blahhhh. I can imagine the conversation she had with her stylist went something like "the theme is Goth at the met so find me the most boring, plainest dress out there but make sure you incorporate leggings that make my legs look like they're at a party".....
I feel like I shouldn't like Katy's look, but I do. Dress is interesting! Taylor always looks great on a red carpet. Girl can dress herself! I wish Cameron would go away. Can't stand her.

Kelly Osbourne, can you pick out who doesn't belong from the 1st two batches of Met Gala random photos? (And you can't answer Kim Kardashian. That one is a given).
Two of the ugliest outfits are by Stella McCartney worn by KStew and Cameron Diaz. Gotta hand it to Miley. She looks great. Someone needs to take Katy Perry back to her archaeological dig in Byzantium.
Totally- re stelka mccartney-i have BEVER seen one if her dresses or designs i liked. I find her clothes ugly and unflattering. Now, having said that, shes hugely sucessful so i must be off.
I think people are supposed to look outrageous at the Met Gala. Nicole had a fun idea with the hair. Kim, unfortunately, had a very sad and hideously misguided idea with the carpet - i mean, dress thingy.
I think Jessica Biel looks good, too - I can't believe I just said that, but there it is. Thank you sweet baby Jesus, she's finally out of the heavy bangs phase.
Miley totally rocked the theme and I thought she looked great for this event. I also liked Christina Ricci's outfit--especially since she wore Vivianne Westwood. Also, Emilia Clarke looked good.
Jessical Alba-dress on backwards?! JLo looks beautiful, but not necessarily punk. Katy Perry, just because the word "museum" was on the invite doesn't mean you dress like a museum painting. Kstew- WTF!
