Blind Item #7
This married lead singer from one of the most popular musical groups of the 90's who seemed to always have a million songs on Top 40 is transitioning from a man to a woman. His celebrity wife seems to be ok with it, but she isn't talking about it, so who knows how she feels. Apparently the singer has a camera crew with him documenting everything.

ReplyDeleteTalksTooMuch, Laura has said that she for the moment is not changing her voice/undergoing voice therapy. While the hormones might do some alteration to her body, voice is usually very much unchanged and requires lots of practice/affectations to transition. She's not going to come out of hormone therapy talking like a sex baby.
ReplyDelete@Tara: I don't know exactly what a sex baby sounds like, but the song I am thinking of showcases a really rough hard rock voice, but as for subject matter, it would work for male or female I guess.

ReplyDeleteThis is written about Gavin Rossdale, if it's a "conjecture" blind. Not that I have any idea if it's true or not, but blinds here are always about the same few folks. If it's real, then it will most likely be someone that we never see here.

I vote for Bush's Gavin Rossdale, with Gwen Stefani as the celebrity wife (singer/fashion icon-designer). "Recently, Rossdale confirmed that he had a long term, same-sex relationship in the mid-90’s."

Soundgarden's Chris Cornell is married to Vicky Karayiannis, a Paris-based American publicist of Greek heritage.
Smashing Pumpkin's Billy Corgan hasn't been married for a decade.
Pearl Jam's Eddie Veder remarried in 2010 to a non-celeb.
Stone Temple Pilot's Scott Weiland photographer Jamie Wachtel in June 2013.
Third-Eye Blind's Steven Jenkins hasn't ever been/isn't married.
Live's Ed Kowalczyk has been married forever, and has four kids, the latest born only last month. His wife is also a non-celeb.
Axl Rose (in addition to being cray-cray) has never been married.
