Blind Item #8
For the third time that I know of so it has probably been way more than that, this A list mostly movie actor with a great voice who is an Academy Award winner/nominee has made a private deal with parents of a minor. The actor who is about four times the age of most of his sexual conquests has made deals in the past with the parents of two 14 year old girls and now a 15 year old. He always says he thought they were older and it must be because he is getting older and he talks to the parents and smiles and apologizes and writes a big check and no one ever says anything about him having sex with the minors. One family said he could keep seeing their daughter after he wrote the check and apologized.

ReplyDeleteI think this is Morgan Freeman. He has a very distinctive voice, and he is old enough not to be able to distinguish between ages of young people. Hell, I am not even close to his age, and I never guess right someone's age. Sounds like he might be using "senility" as his get out of jail card. The parents are worse though, pimping out their daughters.

Well the two great voices inre England are Irons and Rickman. Rickman has never been nominated.

Both Jones and Freeman have the voice thing down, and you could consider both A's, more so Freeman.
The only other voice I can think of that is distinctive from an American actor is Sam Elliott, who is apparently 69, WTF, but he's never been nominated for an Oscar, phew I just checked that out, and he's never really been considered A list I think.

ReplyDeleteAny parent's who would pimp out their 14 - 16 year old daughters deserve to burn for at least 100 years in the 9th circle of hell along with the ephebophile. Morgan Freeman was my first thought.
ReplyDelete@Worstcompanytoworkfor - I have a problem with this. It seems that some parents value $ and association with fame over their children's welfare, but I am more judgmental towards the 'phebes who prey on them.

ReplyDeleteJames Woods & Jeff Goldblum both have reputations for liking them young, but unless the Academy has introduced a Peculiar w/Limited Range category then Goldblum's out. I could see this working with James Woods, he's got some fans out there. Not with me, of course. I'd have to figure out a way to explain to my daughter why she's growing up without a dad cuz' he's serving life for tearing James Woods in half longways after I told him about it, but some people might be more cool with it.

ReplyDeleteFrom the way the blind is written they didn't get drunk or use drugs and there's no mention of forced sexual contact. These girls knew damn well what they were doing, regardless of whether the actor in question was 19 or 60! The parents willing to pimp out their daughter are as big skeevs as the actor.
Sounds like James Woods and that voice of his. I can say with almost 100% certainty that it isn't James Earl Jones, who is a lovely, happily married, very down to earth man.
