Blind Item #4
This former A+ list mostly movie actress hid from the cameras the other night but couldn't hide from other diners who saw the permanent A list name recognition actress spend the meal time in a non-stop round trip route to the bathroom and then back to her table. She made a big deal of laying off the booze but was out of her mind wasted by the end of the night. When she is that far gone it is one big mess.

DeletePermanent A means Oscar winner. Marisa was the only one I can think of with a semi public drinking problem.

ReplyDelete@ Kristen. Permanent A is absolutely NOT determined by an Oscar winner. It's someone who has had years of hit after hit and has survived in the business as an A actor, because just his/her name alone can sell a movie. That's what determines the rating of an actor.
ReplyDeletePerfect example. Adrien Brody won an award for best actor. He couldn't sell a movie on his name alone if he tried right now. He's dropped to a B/B-.

ReplyDeleteThe name is what is permanently A list. The person is an ex-A+ lister. so a name we will always recognize although the talent/work has faded? Reese sounds good for this.
ReplyDeleteI must have missed that somewhere. If that's the case, it totally throws everything off to me. Also, I noticed Enty will sometimes call and actor a B+ one day...and then all of a sudden a B- the next.

Reese- doesn't want to be seen drinking after her drunken arrest/tirade. Just drinking in the bathroom like we did in high school while at dinner!
ReplyDeleteEnty has specifically called Cuba Gooding Jr B/B- list despite his oscar win. He said the thing about Oscars making people permanent As a long time ago, and has since contradicted that many times. I don't really think it's valid anymore.
