Once Bush became famous, the guy came forward but Gavin denied their relationship. In the past few years Gavin has finally admitted that guy was telling the truth and that he was afraid it would negatively affect the band, and called it an experimentation phase in his youth. But it sounds like he's definitely bisexual. I certainly hope he loves Gwen and isn't using her for her money and her beautiful uterus.
