ReplyDelete^^ It was really crazy. I thought they were married, and he was maybe leaving her, but it must have been they were almost married... There was also the crazy custody police standoff thing. I don't really know anything about her (obvs) but she was one of the couple of seasons of Celeb Rehab I watched and I liked her. I was surprised she came to such a sad end. Killing the dog was just wrong, though.

ReplyDeleteYeah salty, it's sad all around. She grew up in a shitty situation and then hooked up with Clemens when she was in her mid teens. He used her and kicked her to the curb when she wanted more. She attempted suicide more than once (even when she was pregnant). It's just...beyond words how lonely her life must have been.
Mindy mom used to dress her up as a teenager maybe 13 and Take her to clubs and pimp them both out for money. That's why she was so mad her mom got custody of her son

It was only controversial in that her neighbor who drove her -- her car had died and he picked her up by the side of the road! -- was later imprisoned for driving recklessly for speeding (which she actually told him to do because she was late). Also, I think she had already divorced her last husband at the time.

Just reread, and I see that it just says "last husband." Still, I don't recall Shelley ever making a stink about her death being fishy or anything.
