At this after party on Sunday these two Oscar winners alternated between making out and two really intense arguments. Apparently he wanted to leave and she couldn't because of what was happening but when he said who he was going to meet she left with him, or more accurately five steps behind him as he yelled in the phone for the driver to come get them.

DeleteActors are like alcoholics, they hold onto the drama and the pain and use it as fuel to do what they need. Drama IS addictive and Penn can't manufacture the energy from inside so he has to keep the pot stirred.

bad boy my ass. he's a 54 y.o. old douche who loves drama. he can't be just a happy husband/partner. he needs drama to feel alive. I believe it was Elizabeth MacGovern who said that about him. This Charlize thing is going to end like the thing with ScarJo: he caroused her all over to show everybody what a heartthrob he is, even make out with her at The White House correspondents dinner (tacky) just like he's doing with theron.

ReplyDeleteIDK why I get the vibe he is still hurting about Robin Wright. Maybe because it was her who finally ended it. Maybe because she's with a man 20 year his junior. Maybe because if that BI about a hooker wearing her wedding dress. Maybe because is so obvious that he's giving Charlize the leading role that was originally written for Robin in his next movie, just to try to hurt her, knowing that that project was so close to her heart.

I think he gets off on having a beautiful woman that he can humiliate and degrade at his leisure. Publicly on his arm and privately destroying their confidence. A control thing and I think he privately despised them all.

@Renoblondee: when he said that I felt pity for his children: how would they feel after all the crap that he said about their mother. I mean no matter what you love your dad, but must be hard to handle the embarrassment of having a father that behaves like he does: whoring around with hoes half his age, boozing, the blow, the rants and the exposure of his political ideology that is ridiculous at least (if my father has his picture taken wearing a Chavez's venezuelan tracksuit I'd hide my ass for the next century)

There was a list on Reddit that said he was truly nice to cast and crew on some movie. Someone's trash is another persons treasure.

The only good thing I can say about Penn is he never put on a mask/persona that he was this really good guy. Like Mel Gibson or a Tom Cruise. He was always an angry, cranky, mean dude and never hid it.

Yep, even before the Internet, Penn has always been a douchebag. He has never tried to hide that, which so ironic considering what an amazing actor he is.

ReplyDeleteI thought the same thing! Especially after seeing those pics of the way Penn was looking at Vadge. Of course they are both too old for each other now. I could never be in the same room with the man who was tied me up and left for a weekend, so I don't know why Vadge does. It looks like she hates Guy Ritchie more.
I have to kindly disagree about Asshat, I will call him Ashton, I don't think he's like that. I don't know much, sincerely I don't, but I'd pull ashton out of the crooked Pennile/Asshat mix. FWIW. (-:
