Jessica is A+ celebrity, but she was never an A+ singer. If Katy is independent enough to start her own record label, I'm thinking she can manage her own doctor appts. Gaga is no stranger to the plastic surgeon's office. My money is on Britney, since she is still under a conservatorship. I think she should be referred to as an A+ "singer," though.
