This relationship is just getting more child like. The B+ list mostly movie actress/former tweener had a nude sex scene written into her new movie just to make her ex jealous.
Probably not to make the Biebs jealous, more to make her an edgy actress and break away from disney tweener mode. If she wanted to make him jealous (and thought it would work and he would get jealous) she would just get papped hooking up with some guy.

And a scene probably didn't get added- she probably just agreed to take off her clothes instead of leaving bra or swimsuit on. The only potential problem would be if movie wasn't alreadly R rated then a real decision by producers.
