Sadly, I think this is Taylor. I think she's probably gay and can't act on it, so she remains single. I feel bad for her and hope she doesn't get dragged into a BS PR relationship.
I am guessing Laura Prepon btw. Sounds like CO$-kind control, like when she suddenly half disappeared from OITNB (but appearantly back for a bigger part in S3).
