Blind Item #6
After a panel discussion about the show, two members of the cast from this HBO hit were overheard talking outside while waiting for their cars. It was basically a four or five minute rant about the lead actress/boss of the show. I don't know how they manage to all keep filming without it all exploding in hate.

ReplyDeleteUh oh...the Empress has no clothes. I could never figure out why she was inflicted on the world in the first place. Everywhere I looked, there she was. Unfunny, unoriginal, arrogant, entitled whiner is all I can see. There are 4 or 5 of her sitting in the admin pool outside my office door 50/60 hours a week. (sorry Derek. speaking only for myself, as always)

ReplyDeleteSame thing happened to me; I hit "Post Comment" again when nothing seemed to be happening, was told I had tried to post duplicate comments, and went through a moderate period of moderation.

On the one hand, these two legacy hires should shut up and be happy they're employed. On the other hand, Lena Dunham.

ReplyDeleteRaised in the underbelly of perversion? Did she really learn how to manipulate people to do things, then she knew it was wrong, but, her family ignored her? What were limits of appropriate touching, she thinks she's brave and ordinary just like anyone else.. hates what the world deems normal and was ignored to do her naughty thing because it is normal... what is wrong with us, it's just kids play' and would she like it if she was the stalked victim;. she makes a lot money, shows off her fat, rude self with no fears so she is doing something right, if only she had kept her mouth shut about her innocent sexual predator behavior.
ReplyDeleteRemember the blind where it was speculated someone was sleeping with 'this showrunner's bf ' (lena's bf jack whatever, the 'someone' people think is Zosia but I have no clue myself) and she wouldnt be happy when they found out? what ever happened over that? Im guessing lena is insufferable to all of them (except maybe jemina the gypsy like one since I think they go way back?). I just read theyre doing a 5th season...I wonder if tensions will make things implode.
ReplyDeleteGirls was just at Paleyfest or whatever it's called. Lena, Allison, the guy who plays Ray and Andrew Rannells were there from the cast. The two I'd pick are Allison and Andrew.
ReplyDeleteYikes, I thought it was zosia/allison. Andrew when to the Globes in January with Lena...maybe she really has no idea the extent she's alienated her own cast/crew
