In her (A list dual threat Academy Award winner/nominee) secret custody arrangement with the spouse she is still married to but not living with despite her claims, she only gets sporadic visits with her youngest child.

That's sad. I met Halle about a decade ago when she was in town filming. She is the most naturally beautiful person I've ever seen. And a great tipper!

How is HB "naturally beautiful"? Nose/cheek jobs as well as plastic surgery to cover scars she got drunk driving many years ago.....beautiful, yes, but certainly not natural!
ReplyDeleteAccording to TMZ, Halle is not asking for joint or primary custody, but rather what is in "the best interests of the child." Maybe he is forcing her hand but she is hoping, because of his anger issues, the court will decide the best interests of the child would be with her.
ReplyDeleteNot sure i buy this either. She fought tooth and nail for custody the first time. As far as the dui goes, she is a diabetic so the symptoms of a low blood sugar appear like a drunk so im not sure i buy that either.

not if she is not even requesting it in her writ!! That is a VERY conscious decision on her part b/c most times you put in everything(custody,residential home,alimony,etc.) even when you don't want it so that you aren't precluded from asking later...so, unless she amends her Writ, she aint asking for any custody(sole,joint,shared or otherwise) just some visitation.
ReplyDeleteeven with the Catchall phrase at the end of all requests..'Whatever else the Court deems fair and equitable"---she purposely omitted it--m/b she never bonded w/the bebe & simply does not want him.
ReplyDeleteAgain,TMZ will disclose her written requests for relief from the marriage soon enough(if they haven't already).
This whole "dual threat" thing here that Enty is trying to make stick is not working--especially if we're talking TV and movies?? THEY ARE THE SAME MEDIUM. They're just different markets. eff.
